Bryce J. Philpot
A native of Lakeland, Bryce Philpot received his B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University in 1996. After passing the C.P.A. exam, he entered law school, receiving his J.D. from University of Florida in 1999. Bryce Philpot was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and has been representing injured clients ever since. His professional memberships include the Florida Justice Association, American Bar Association, Polk County Trial Lawyers, and The Florida Bar.
Timothy H. David – Of Counsel
A native of Florida, Timothy H. David received his B.S. in 1981 from the University of Central Florida. He then received his J.D. from Nova Law School in 1985, and was admitted to the bar in 1986 (Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida). After working for a prominent defense firm in central Florida, Tim David entered personal injury practice, eventually becoming a leading member of his field. His professional memberships now include the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
